Online ticket refund policy

If Milnathort Filmhouse cancel an event then you will receive a full refund. 

 

If you have purchased a ticket online and want to cancel then the following cancellation policies apply:

 

Tickets cannot be refunded within 3 days of the event, however they are transferable to another person for the same event & date if full details are supplied to Milnathort Filmhouse within 24 hours of the event. 

 

Tickets for the Christmas Eve film cannot be refunded within 7 days of the event, however they are transferable to another person for the same event & date if full details are supplied to Milnathort Filmhouse within 24 hours of the event.

Any refund given on tickets purchased through the website within the relevant cancellation period for the event will be refunded minus Paypal handling charges.
