Who We Are
We are a non-profit voluntary local Community Cinema, passionate about using film to make a positive contribution to our local community.
A major focus is making the big screen experience affordable & local. We don't believe that you should have to drive miles or remortgage your house to see a great film.
The definition of community is a social unit that shares common values. One of our core values is to use the profits from our screenings not only to financially support our own projects, but also other projects and groups locally, either through donations or by giving practical support.
We currently donate from our annual profits to the Milnathort Town Hall Refurbishment Fund - a great enterprise focusing on improving this valued and much used local amenity for present and future generations.
And last but not least one of our main aims is to have fun!
If you'd like to get involved, think our organisation could help yours, or just have some ideas for films we could screen - please get in touch, we'd love to hear from you.

“Unlike all the other art forms, film is able to seize and render the passage of time, to stop it, almost to possess it in infinity. I’d say that film is the sculpting of time.”
– Andrei Tarkovsky
